This is a very easy chili to make. It makes a large batch for freezing. Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces, 1 large onion - diced, 2-5 cloves of garlic chopped, coconut oil for cooking, 2 stalks of celery with the leaves - diced, 2 carrots - diced, 1 jalapeno diced, 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 4 cups cooked beans of your choice, 2 (7oz.) cans of diced chilies, 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder, 2 (32oz.) containers of chicken stock, 2 teaspoons cumin, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
