Lexi Sandifer FNTP

Clinical Nutrition by Lexi

Lexi Sandifer FNTP.

Is your health a hobby? Or is it a pursuit to ultimate healing and health?

Health as a hobby: At times you work hard on your health, get bored, and then go back to the old
comfortable ways.

Health as a pursuit: You are done with how you feel! You are now ready to pursue lifelong new
habits that change you and your health, permanently, by creating lifelong health.
As a practitioner, lecturer, and teacher. I have worked with thousands of people over the last 20
years helping them find a custom made protocol to achieve their health goals. What motivates me
to keep going are the clients who have achieved their health goals and have maintained them for
years. They are clients who are willing to do what it takes to make a positive shift in their life to get
out of the lifestyle of:

“I’m sick all the time and I will always be sick.”

To

“I will no longer live this way! I will do whatever it takes to get my life back!”

I have pursued my personal health challenges with the mentality of perseverance, positive upward
moving shifts, and a never give up mentality - no matter how hard it is. I have conquered many
health challenges from depression, loss of gallbladder, female pelvic issues, Lyme, Epstein Barr,
Long Covid, anxiety, gastritis and ulcers.

I am passionate about my work and my clients. I love helping clients reach breakthroughs and
create positive shifts that last a lifetime!

What is Functional Nutrition?

Function - a group of related actions contributing to a larger action.

Nutrition – vital foods of proteins, fats, fruits, and vegetables, water, vitamins, minerals and
oxygen that are used by the human body to create and sustain human life.
I work with the human body to find what is not functioning properly and find what is needed to
bring function back to the system that is not optimal through the use of food, vitamins, minerals
and herbs. The human body was never designed to be on drugs. Functional nutrition returns the
body to homeostasis thus reducing the amount of drugs taken or by such improvement in health,
the body no longer needs drugs to force the body to function on a day-to-day basis.
I do this through a process of muscle testing. I am an advanced muscle testing practitioner and
teacher. Muscle testing is based off of Chinese Acupuncture. The best part is that I use my hands
instead of needles. I can honestly say we have a lot of fun at each visit. Laughter is the best
medicine!

Researchers have learned that the 100 million cellular actions in the human body that happen
every second are being coordinated by a field of light energy that contains critical information for
the cells to do their work in the various sub-systems of the body. Anything in your environment that
interferes with this human energy field causes sub-optimal effects in your physical, emotional, and
mental body.

My whole focus when working with you is to find the WHY. Why is your body doing what it is
doing? What is taking it out of balance?

I do this by:
    1. Listening to the client. I take a detailed history to find the foundational cause of your
        symptoms.
    2. Educating the client about their body and their symptoms.
    3. Suggesting lifestyle changes to help correct the dysfunction.
    4. Use of supplements, herbs, and homeopathy to assist in the healing process of organs or
systems that are out of balance (showing signs of disease process or symptoms).

Who is not a good fit for working with me at this time?
    1. You are actively being treated for cancer.
    2. You are on 5 or more prescription drugs.
    3. You actively use heroin, meth, cocaine, or other drugs.
