She has a background in therapeutics, trigger point therapy, myo-fascial release, cupping, deep tissue, cranial sacral therapy, pre and post-natal massage, energetics, aromatherapy, and working on range of motion through various techniques.

Lexi's Favorite Marinade for Grilled Chicken
4-6 Chicken Breasts or Thighs. If they have skin on them, score the chicken so the marinade can soak into the meat.
1/4 Cup Oil of Choice
Juice and Zest of One Lemon
1/2 Can Tomato Paste
1 Cup Chopped Cilantro
2-3 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
1 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
